This character is Gateau from the Sorcerer Hunters (Bakuretsu Hunters) series. He's that kind of a show-off guy so I thought this would be a perfect way to do it. Besides, I miss summer. I actually did this a long time ago, but I tweaked it a little more this time around to make it look a little more up to date. Still not much, but there's just so much one can do with fixing and old color. It might have been better to just redo the whole thing again. ah well.
By the way, i set the size at 1024x768 (so it's a big file), just in case someone wanted to use it as a desktop pic. he he. Right now he's on the right because it's for the PC, but if you want a MAC version, just ask, I have it.
